The Manager IT BRM(Manufacture) is responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships between the IT department and Asia Operation Team.

This role involves understanding the business needs of different departments, like manufacture, ERMA, EHS, etc. and working closely with them to define the IT/digital roadmaps and ensure that IT services and solutions are aligned with their objectives.

Accountabilities

1. Business relationship management

• Keep in touch with operation team to understand their strategy and objectivies
• Analysis the business requirement to provide the IT/Digital solutions and define the IT/Digital roadmap and projects plans for support the business objectives
• Work with digital team to learn/share and introduce the new IT/Digital solutions and best practices to business partners to explore new opportunities that IT/Digital can enable our business growth

2. Decision making & Impact

• Make independent decisions related to product, services, implementing new programs and supporting technical / operational process.
• Interprets and executes policies and prodedures

3. Innovation & Problem solving

• Identifies opportunities to initiate operational changes and policy modifications within discipline and /or job functions

Qualification

• More than 5 yrs of experience working as an BRM role or IT manager/Leader in major operations using advanced technology.
• Deep understanding in operations and operation systems
• Analytical, detail oriented and strong business sense
• Strategic mindset / hands-on detail experiences
• Proactive and goal-oriented leadership
• Strong interpersonal / communication skills
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in both English and Korean
• Strong negotiation skills
• Strong presentation and storytelling skill
