OE Specialist takes charge for business and functional organizational effectiveness activities and D&I related topics together with local ERGs. The focus will be on culture, diversity & inclusion, employee engagement as well support functional and organizational effectiveness and capability building. The position holder will apply the expertise in design and delivery of OE/D&I initiatives, aligned with the regional business strategy and corresponding OE/D&I agenda, and following the regional Governance process. He/she will work on actions agreed within the Global OE/D&I strategy but will also provide input into the regional OE/D&I strategy through their knowledge and identification of the business needs.
Responsibilities
1.Employee Engagement
- Support Employee Engagement surveys and Pulse Surveys in the region
2.Diversity & Inclusion
-Support local management in defining D&I local strategy, roadmap and activities and deployment in related functions for better employee engagement and business performance
- Identify and drive regional D&I solutions (trainings, mentoring, specific events)
3.Culture
- Partner with local HR/ plant management/ local CC and support defining local solutions and initiatives
4.Organizational Capability development
- Contribute in complex projects and processes that support and enhance HR and organizational process improvement efforts, team effectiveness programs and corresponding measurements
Qualifications
Education: Degree in HR management or related
majors
Experience:
- Experience in OE/ Culture, D&I
As HR BP or HR COE;
- Ability to well communicate and influence stakeholders for related topics;
- Cross regional Project leadership
- Workshop design and facilitation
- Learning and development solution design and delivery
- Analysis and action planning of HR surveys
