• Publish short-term and long-term plans, reviewing historical trends and forecast data (capacity, metal input, etc.).
• Monitor operations performance (KPI vs.target), and produce various analytic reports, as part of S&OP process.
• Integrate and manage planning results in Asia through Power BI.
• Obtain and expand a comprehensive knowledge and understanding of overall business and operations process (Metal flow, manufacturing process for all machine centers, etc.)In order to be able to:
  1. Ensure Data accuracy and manage forecast/KPI factors for planning with clear formula/logics.
  2. Find improvement areas for process efficiency on plan file and continuously update/enhance the planning procedures
  3. Improve quality of reports and analysis with stakeholders.
  4. Effectively communicate with various data owners (Plant supply chain across Asia, metal procurement, etc.) with key assumptions when reviewing reports

[Responsibilities] 

1. Publish Planning file based on Actual data, KPI/forecast

• •  Review KPI, Shipment, Capacity, production, Purchase and usage, Inventory, intercompany, etc.).
  •  Update template for short-term and long-term plans according to changes in operations and planning conditions.

2. Support S&OP Process

• • Produce Asia Inventory report (Actual, Forecast), analyzing RM purchase and usage (Input/Output), KPI changes, for RM /WIP / FG, etc.
  • Integrate Demand & Capacity reports to facilitate decision-making process

3. Monitor operations performance, analyze, trending and produce reports for review
   • Track historical data, KPI factors, (issues with machine capacity, actions, etc.)

4. Manage for Asia Metal plan report

   • Consolidate data sets from each plant’ Metal plan and upload to the Power BI
   • Confirm data and analysis Asia business 
   • Maintain developed Power BI report

[Qualification]

• BA Degree and above in related field is preferred (Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Statistics) 
• Min. 3-5 years of related experience, not more than 10 Years
• Advanced in MS Office (Excel, PPT, Power BI)
• Good communication skills with Cross-functional
• Both Verbal and Written English Proficiency
• Numerical analysis & Logical thinking 
• Certified Supply Chain Professional is preferred (CPIM, APICS, etc)
• Professional Experience in manufacturing environment knowledge in Supply Chain Planning System such as SAP, Oracle
