This job is primarily responsible for Segment Profitability and Product costing which is EBITDA analysis by value stream (Segment Profitability) to understand company’s cost & margin generation by products costing for new products for future profitability

[Key Responsibilities]

• Annual Planning / Strategic Planning / Forecast / Actual reporting

• Evaluate data related to the business plan such as sales, production, procurement
• Provide monthly and quarterly reporting package with analysis
• Prepare Annual and 5-year Strategic Plan process including providing relevant challenge and insights

• Reconcile the financial figures with financial system (HFP, OS) over Asia Region / Process improvement / automation
• Perform or support special projects and ad-hoc financial reporting as required.
• Proactively communicate with other functions / intra and inter region incl. Corporate

[Qualification]

• Bachelor’s degree and above
• 10+ years of experience in FP&A along with accounting experience / having progressively responsible business experiences preferred
• Strategic thinker with financial skills
• Advanced Excel, PowerPoint, and financial system capabilities (Hyperion)
• Strong interpersonal skills, ability to interact effectively with other functions and management and do not limit responsibilities but look for opportunities for further changes
• Strong verbal and written communications skills and fluent in English
• Ability to prioritize and handlining multiple tasks in a complex and fast paced environment
